AAON Air Wise is a growing company specializing in the manufacturing of quality industrial, institutional, and commercial heating and air conditioning, make-up air and heat recovery products. Satisfied customers include industrial companies such as General Motors, Ford, Chrysler, Dowty Aerospace, Rolls Royce, J.I. Case Machinery, John Deere, Freightliner, Hayes-Dana, Campbells Soup, IBM, Kenworth, Nortel and Cisco, just to name a few.

There is not one month that goes by that we do not ship a unit of some type to the "Big Three" automakers. Air Wise units have been supplied to many institutional projects such as laboratories, kitchens, nursing homes, hospitals, and schools. Many national restaurant chains have Air Wise equipment as part of their ventilation equipment systems. (As of February 1998, every new Wendy's Restaurant has one Air Wise custom heat/cool make-up air unit; 250 new stores per year).

Air Wise was founded in 1989. We occupy 60,000 sq.ft. of manufacturing space with 140 employees. Our sales this year will top 22 million dollars, and we have several thousand units installed and running. In the last few months we have been shipping 2.0 million dollars of product per month, with a backlog of work that ranges anywhere from 6 to 10 million dollars.
